We love weddings in rural countryside! Brooke & Chase’s wedding was held at a private ranch just outside of Texarkana, Texas. An amazingly decorated wedding tent was the perfect spot for their reception, while the ceremony took place in a field near a tall oak tree. And did we mention the toast from the father of the bride? Get your tissues ready!

We shot an absolutely gorgeous wedding at The White Sparrow this past May, and are so excited to share it with everyone!

One of the biggest compliments we can get as filmmakers is when we have a bride completely plan their wedding around getting to use as their videographer! Sasha contacted us about shooting her wedding to Greg in Orlando, Florida on a certain weekend in May – it turned out that we could only make the following Monday of that weekend work for us, so they planned a weekday wedding!

The wedding was held at Bella Collina – a stunning Tuscan-Inspired venue with beautiful lake views, gorgeous gardens, and some really impressive Italian-style architecture. It was actually our second time to shoot at Bella Collina, and we were so happy to be back! All weekend, we checked the weather forecast obsessively because we really wanted Sasha & Greg to be able to go outside for their video/photo session. It was pretty gray and cloudy when we woke up in Orlando that morning, but the weather held off and the day was beautiful!

Sasha and Greg were two of the sweetest people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Sasha is originally from China, and Greg is from Russia, so it was a celebration of two cultures coming together, as well as two individuals and their families.

The day after the wedding, we met up with them in an area around where they had one of their first dates, and we shot their love story segment! They told us all about how they met (on an app called Coffee Meets Bagel), what their first impressions of each other were, and what they envision for their future as a married couple. We were sad to say goodbye to these two, but ecstatic to see them again in San Francisco a few months later for Henry & Mia’s wedding – Mia was Sasha’s maid of honor.

Overall, this day was such a blast for us. We got to work with some awesome vendors who made everything run so smooth, we spent the day in one of the most beautiful venue’s we’ve ever seen, and got to document the wedding of a genuinely kind and caring couple who made us feel so welcome in Florida. Congrats again to Sasha and Greg!
