1. Initial Contact / Consultation
Everything starts when you fill out a contact form! From there, we’ll either email or text you over a detailed catalog with all of our current offerings. After that, we like to schedule a consult – either Skype or grabbing coffee in person works great! During this meeting, we’re happy to answer any questions you have, explain all of our package and add on options, and get to know you a bit better!
2. Reserving Your Date
From there, we send over a link to our online contract. This contract is all online and is very quick and easy to fill out. After that, you can make the retainer payment of $1000 either online or by mailing in a check or money order. After that – that’s it! You’re good to go, and we’ll be shooting your wedding During this step you will also choose your package! We’re happy to help recommend the best fit for your day, but if you’d like to get a feel for what length/style of film you’d prefer, click here!
3. Pre-production (pre-wedding prep)
Between booking us and your wedding date, we’ll check in with you periodically to iron out all the logistics pertaining to cinematography. We also research the location and plan out some of our shots!
4. Wedding Day
On the wedding day we like to arrive before the ceremony so we can capture prep shots of the bride & groom, as well as pretty shots of the venue & decor. Throughout the day we look to capture all of the moments we know make for a great, story-driven wedding film.
After the wedding, we keep all of the footage safe and backed up multiple times. If your package has a trailer/next day edit, then you’ll have something to watch as soon as the day after you wedding! Our feature and short films typically are delivered 3-4 months after the wedding, with other package items following shortly after.
What all is included in my wedding film package?

Each of these packages are built around the two different main highlight films we offer: a 5-7 minute piece, and a 13-15 minute piece. In addition to this, each package comes with other extras – see the catalog for the full list!

A Story Segment is something unique we offer as both an add-on and with our Feature Luxe packages. Basically, it is a shoot we do with the Bride & Groom sometime before the wedding, and is functionally very similar to an engagement photography shoot. We use this segment to provide a bit more exposition for your film, as well as showcase interviews of the Bride & Groom telling the story of how they met, fell in love, and got engaged. Here’s a few samples of films that implement story segments!
Cuong & Joey // Story segment: A traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony + interviews with the Bride & Groom
Karsyn & Collin // Story segment: We went to Austin to film Collin’s band Merriment!
Staci & John // Story segment: We followed the couple around the Texas State Fair & heard their love story.
